I bought the wrong/ too many tickets.

Please urgently contact the organizer using their email support adress (you will find this on the ticket or the event website) and provide them your name, email adress and phone number. Explain your issue and correct your data towards the event (correct price/number of tickets).

I deleted the email containing my ticket.

In case you deleted your email/text message or just didn't receive it, please contact the event organization. Provide them your name, email adress and phone number and we will send your ticket to you again.

I didn't receive the ticket.

Because of server down times and other failures it is possible, that you do not receive your ticket. Please contact the event organizer using their support email adress. To guarantee quick completion, please provide them your email adress, name and phone number. If available also your ticket details. The ticket will be sent to you via email or text message as soon as possible.

My payment wasn't successful.

If your payment wasn't successful, please repeat the transaction a few minutes later. It's possible that the connection to the payment gateway of your provider (debit, credit card, etc.) fails. If this issue persists, it's likely that your payment is declined by your payment provider. In this case please try an alternative payment method.

I lost my tickets.

If the ticket has a unique trackable seat number, it's possible for us to send you a new ticket. To do this, please contact the event organization using their email support. For events without a fixed seat or area we can unfortunately not provide substitutional tickets.

Can I change my booking?

In general your booking is binding. Under certain circumstances it's possible for you to cancel your booking following the limited regulations of commercial and private law (austrian ABGB and KSchG). This applies especially if you are a victim to fraud, been misled or forced to buy the tickets. Following §5 Z7 austrian online commercial law "österr. Fernabsatzgesetz" (BGBI I185/1999) selling tickets does not apply to online commercial laws. This implies contracts for delivering freetime service products (such as concert tickets) do not apply to 7 day revocation and return law.

What benefits do QR code tickets offer?

It's possible to book tickets just before your event starts. No waiting in a queue your entrance is much more safe and you can download and open your tickets every time using your smartphone.

Questions about events and artists

Where and when is the event?

You can find all relevant information (entrance, location, price, times, etc.) on the event website or on your ticket.

Will the event take place as planned?

In case of changes regarding your event you will be informed as soon as possible via email or text message. For additional information or in case you haven't been notified, we recommend going to the event website and check for any possible changes regarding your event. We would like to point out that any notifications regarding a cancelled or postponed or anyhow changed event is a voluntary service by mtms Solutions GmbH. We do not assume liabilities for any costs related to event changes (hotel, driving, etc.) occuring to the ticket owner.

Is the use of public transport included in my ticket?

In general the use of public transport is not included in your ticket. Exceptions, where your ticket is valid for approach and departure to and from the event location, are possible. If this is the case, it will be explicitly mentioned on your ticket.

The event has been cancelled but I already approached the event location. Do I get my costs refunded?

Despite our aim to inform you about event changes as soon as possible using email and text messages, we would like to point out that any notifications regarding a cancelled or postponed or anyhow changed event is a voluntary service by mtms Solutions GmbH. We do not assume liabilities for any costs related to event changes (hotel, driving, etc.) occuring to the ticket owner. To claim liabilities in cases like this please contact the event organization.

How long does the event last?

You can find informations regarding your event by visiting the event website or by reading the information text of your specific event.

Is my underage child allowed to attend the event?

There are no general rules regarding attendance of underage children at events. Regarding youth law (there are different regulations depending on your area) local authorities as well as the event organizers can specify special regulations for particular events. If we do have information on this subject, we will list them in the information text for the event. If you can't find any information, please contact the event organization. mtms Solutions GmbH cannot guarantee entrance for underage children without company of an adult.

Does the event offer disability access?

If we do have information regarding this subject, we will list it in the events information text. If you can't find any information, please contact the event organization using their email support.

I have lost my smartphone. How can I enter the event location?

You can always access your ticket using the link in your confirmation email.

Can I bring a camera and take pictures at the event?

Professional photographing is without further permission prohibited. Persons disregarding this will be relegated and their equipment will be confiscated.

I want to complain about an event I attended.

As mtms Solutions GmbH is only responsible for providing the tickets, complaints should be filed directly to the event organization. We are not responsible for any organisational tasks such as seating, pricing, etc. at the event location. If you discover problems with ticket bookings, please contact us at ticket@mtms.at and quickly describe the problems you ran into. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

Questions regarding the booking process

I want to buy multiple tickets. How can I do that?

Please choose the desired amount of tickets and complete the following order and payment process. Within your confirmation email you'll find links to all your individual tickets. You can forward them to other attendees. We would like to point out, that tickets are electronically registered and can therefore only be used once.

How do I enter a Coupon code?

Within the ordering process choose your desired payment method. Afterwards you will be able to enter a coupon code in the dedicated field.

My ticket is invalid. I can't enter the event. Why?

If there is no valid payment or the order was cancelled after payment, the ticket automatically becomes invalid and you do not have access to the event. Same applies if the QR Code of your mobile ticket was already used by another person to enter the event.

Why is there no box office?

You can buy your ticket conveniently online just before the event. This leaves box offices redundant. You will save time and effort buying a mobile ticket online. However if you prefer to have a printed ticket you can print it out and use your printed ticket instead.
